Farther Away From The Horizon My dear friends,I decided to start the series of my journals in 2016 by remembering our friends and personalities who said Farewell to us and brought a tear in our heart. It's not easy at all to face the final Goodbye, but as our dear Octavian Paler said " To die means to move into a star."So, from time to time, maybe we all have to send some hugs to the stars and to think that Death is not an endpoint, but a comma in the story of life.:iconclearflowerplz: :iconviolet-kleinert::iconclearflowerplz: :iconella-popescu::iconclearflowerplz: :iconnameda::iconclearflowerplz: :iconBark::iconclearflowerplz:

on Sahara Camel Caravan. Camel caravan on Sahara desert close to Adrouine Er Rachidia of Morocco. I also rode a camel on these dunes to my camp site where I danced with the local Berbers and watched the Milky Way galaxy in the clear desert night.

Kinkakuji Golden Pavilion. I love the contrast here with women dressed in traditional clothing and holding a modern device while standing in front of a structure hundreds of years old. Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion) is a Zen temple in northern Kyoto whose top two floors are completely covered in gold leaf. The temple was the retirement villa of the shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu, and according to his will it became a Zen temple of the Rinzai sect after his death in 1408. Kinkakuji was the inspiration for the similarly named Ginkakuji (Silver Pavilion), built by Yoshimitsu's grandson, Ashikaga Yoshimasa.
